We've got your drink cravings covered, with all your favorites straight from the barrel – think delectable wines, smooth whiskies, and perfectly brewed beers.

No need to worry about hunger; we've lined up an awesome array of food options to satisfy every craving.

Tickets $20.00 (Children under 12 FREE - but must purchase a bus transfer if travelling with an Adult)

Gates open: 4.00pm - have your tickets handy as they will be checked and scanned
Bar Closes/Last Drinks: 10.00pm
Gates Close: 10.30PM
Car Parking: FREE and in the vineyard below our Cellar Door and Events area. There will be signage.

From Gulgong - Departs ANZAC Park Medley St, Gulgong

• Bus #1 3.00pm

From Mudgee - Departs St Matthews Primary School, Lewis Street, East End Bus Services

• Bus #1 Departs Mudgee3.30pm
• Bus #2 departs Mudgee 4.00pm
• Bus #3 Departs Mudgee 4.30pm

Return transfer

To Mudgee

• Bus #1 Departs 9.00pm to Mudgee
• Bus #2 Departs 9.30pm to Mudgee
• Bus #2 Departs 10.00pm to Mudgee then Gulgong

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to be ready and waiting at the Mudgee pick up point and jump on the bus you have purchased tickets for - seats are limited and we need the bus full each time to get everyone out to the event. Names will be checked so if you don’t have a bus transfer - you need make other arrangements for transport.

A couple other things to remember

 - STRICTLY NO Food or Beverage is to be brought into our venue. Anyone found to bring in food or beverage will be asked to leave and NO REFUND PROVIDED. Please save yourself some ebarrassment - and dont bring anything to the venue.

- Lazy Oak is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol - anyone who attends our venue intoxicated will be refused entry or asked to leave. Anyone seen to be supplying alcohol to a minor will also be removed from the venue.

- There will be Food + Beverage available to purchase on the night from food + beverage vendors.
- Please wear sensible footwear - this is an outside event and the ground is slightly uneven, the stilettos should be swapped out for flats for this one!
